Description
Studenoe Lake is located in "Buzuluksky Bor" National Park (Buzuluksky district, Orenburg region, near the village of Koltubanovsky).
The reservoir got its name because of the abundance of springs ‑ they make the water in the lake especially cold. The place is characterized by picturesque landscapes: the lake is surrounded by forest on all sides, and rare plant species are found along the shores.
The territory is landscaped for recreation: tables and benches are set up on the shore, gazebos with barbecue areas are equipped, parking, toilets and a safe descent to the water. There are fish in the lake — fishing is allowed here, but swimming is not officially recommended.
There is a 350‑year—old pine tree near the lake, which has the status of a natural monument.
