A hula hoop is a ring–shaped projectile that rotates around an artist's waist or neck. The Folk Art Center invites you to a master class on the art of hula hoop rotation. Participants will learn how to twist a hoop on their arm, neck, waist, and leg, how to toss a hoop and perform various trick elements with it. They will get acquainted with the elementary bundles of a circus act with hoops. The participants of the master class will work with hoops on their own and perform trick elements. By mastering the skills of hula hoop rotation, participants develop dexterity and flexibility.
