""On August 30, 2019, on the eve of City Day, on Sovetskaya Street, right in front of the building of the Orenburg State Institute of Arts named after L. and M. Rostropovich, the administration of the Southern District installed the "sister" of a metal lady posing for a "street artist." Initially, the "girl with a book" was almost placed at the N.K. Krupskaya regional library, forgetting that the place had long been reserved for the monument to the dictionary of V.I. Dahl. The sculpture, which has never received a well-established name, is very similar to the legendary art object "Lyubochka" from Omsk. There, however, the statue, cast in bronze, has its own interesting history. The Orenburg welded sheet iron structure differs only in its angular shape and entourage. In general, the attraction is an imitation of a book cover, inside of which a lady in a long dress is sitting on a bench with a volume of poetry in her right hand. In August 2022, the art object was moved to Pushkin Boulevard, the famous "Belovka".
