In 2019, an interesting sculpture ensemble called "The Artist and the Girl" appeared near the drama Theater in Orenburg. The landmark was immediately loved by the city's residents, and turned into a place where Orenburg residents and tourists enjoyed taking photos.
The composition was dedicated by the sculptor to the famous work of Pushkin called "The Captain's Daughter". However, for most residents of the city, sculpture first of all became associated with the artistic character Maria Mironova.
Despite these differences, the composition "The Artist and the Girl" has become one of the local attractions.
The art object disappeared from the city street for some time, which caused excitement among Orenburg residents on social networks. However, the sculptural composition was not dismantled, but was only sent for restoration, during which the bronze brushes and paints were returned to the artist's hands, and a few days later the composition was returned to the city street.
