Description
The oldest park in the city was founded in 1852 on the initiative of Governor V.A. Perovsky. Originally called the Caravanserai Garden, in 1936 it became the Kirov Children's Park, and since 2006 it has been named after its founder.
It is good to relax with children in the park: there are playgrounds, animators work. Visitors note that the territory is well—groomed, decorated with flower beds, there is a bicycle rental, and electric cars for kids.
Fountains and the main attraction of the recreation area, an alarm clock monument, which shows the time of 17:43 and the date of the founding of the city — 1743, will become attractive objects for children.
