Joint Stock Company "Sanatorium "Oak Grove" is a sanatorium and resort institution. The organizational and legal form is a mixed Russian property. JSC was registered on July 23, 1999.
Sanatorium "Oak Grove" is located in a natural forest area (a unique oak grove), on the banks of the Ural River, 20 km from the city of Orenburg.
The sanatorium was founded in 1976. The territory of the sanatorium is 10 hectares.
Sanatorium "Oak Grove" consists of two 3-storey buildings, three one-storey buildings and one 2-storey building. The sanatorium also has a canteen club and a mud clinic.
The sanatorium's treatment facilities include a mud and hydrotherapy clinic (aerohydromassage baths, salt and pearl baths, a whirlpool bath for the lower extremities, an underwater massage bath, therapeutic showers, a dry carbon dioxide bath, mud beds), an ozone therapy room, a physiotherapy department, massage rooms, and a physical therapy room.
The total number of beds in the sanatorium is 160 (24 of them are in the Department of medical rehabilitation).
The main task of JSC "Sanatorium "Oak Grove" is the provision of medical and preventive services to the population of the Orenburg region, continuous improvement and improvement of the level of these services. Services are provided both on a package basis - in conditions of round-the-clock stay of patients in the sanatorium, and course treatment - in conditions of day stay in the sanatorium. Patients of different age categories are accepted for treatment (children from 4 years old, adults - without age restriction). Both working and retired people can become patients of the sanatorium. The sanatorium accepts patients not only from the Orenburg region, but also residents of other regions of the Russian Federation.
About 2,000 vacationers are treated at the sanatorium every year. The sanatorium operates all year round. The rooms are double and double block type.
The sanatorium employs specialists of the first and highest categories: internist, pediatrician, physiotherapist, dermatologist, traumatologist, cardiologist, neurologist, rehabilitologist, gynecologist, dentist, functional diagnostics doctor, ultrasound diagnostics doctor. The nursing staff has certificates and specialty categories. Each patient is treated according to individual programs.
The main therapeutic areas of the sanatorium are:
- respiratory diseases;
- diseases of the musculoskeletal system;
- diseases of the skin and subcutaneous tissue;
- diseases of the peripheral nervous system;
- diseases of the endocrine system;
- diseases of the cardiovascular system;
