Museum and Cultural Center of Labor Glory of Orenburg region
named after P.V. Nektov

The Museum and Cultural Center of Labor Glory of Orenburg named after Hero of Socialist Labor Prokofy Nektov was inaugurated in 2016 in the hero's homeland, in the village of Kazanka, Sharlyk district, Orenburg region. The complex includes a museum, a rural House of Culture and a park and memorial area, on the territory of which there is a monument to the soldiers who died during the Great Patriotic War, a monument to P.V. Nektov and the alley of Heroes of Socialist Labor of the Orenburg region. In total, the regional center of labor glory has collected certificates of achievements of 99 Heroes of Socialist Labor, 6 full holders of the Order of Labor Glory and one Hero of Russia.
