BOROVAYA FOREST EXPERIMENTAL STATION
In 1903, a Borovoi experimental Forestry was organized for the comprehensive study of the Buzuluksky forest area by the initiative of the Russian forester and professor of the St. Petersburg Forestry Institute and the University of Economics, Georgy Fedorovich Morozov. Andrey Petrovich Tolsky became its first head and assistant.
